We text you within 2 hours to confirm your first morning. A request sent after 6 in the evening, or on a Sunday, gets its text from 8 the next morning we're open.
Which size is the car?
- Cars and small SUVs. A Camry, a Civic, a RAV4 or a Model Y. About 45 minutes.
- Big SUVs and minivans. A Highlander, a Telluride or a Sienna. About 55 minutes.
- Trucks and full-size vans. An F-150, a Tacoma or a Transit. About 65 minutes.
Not sure which size? Pick the closest and tell us the model. Two cars at one address? Tell us both sizes.
Where we wash it
A driveway, the curb, a building garage or an office lot. A building garage needs the building's OK, so tell us the level and the space number. Want the inside as well? Say so, and we arrange where the key is left when we confirm your morning.
After you send it
Our text confirms your first morning and your price. If that morning doesn't suit you, reply, and we move you to another open one. From then on, a reminder comes the evening before each wash, with a link to skip that week.
